# CONDENSED TOSPlease read the FULL TOS below before placing an order, as the full Terms of Service contain additional details and will apply to your commission.By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to my Terms of Service.

TERMS OF SERVICELAST UPDATE: September 26, 2026This contract applies to the artist, hereafter referred to as the Seller, and the person purchasing artwork from the Seller, hereafter referred to as the Customer.By commissioning the Seller, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service.PAYMENTS1. All commissions must be paid in full upfront before work begins.
2. Work on the commission will not begin until the payment has been received.
3. All payments must be made in USD.
4. The Customer is responsible for any currency conversion fees, transaction fees, bank fees, or payment-provider fees associated with the payment.
5. If the amount received by the Seller is lower than the agreed commission price due to fees or conversion, the Customer may be required to cover the remaining balance.PRODUCT DELIVERY6. Finished artwork will be delivered digitally through the agreed delivery method.
7. The Customer is responsible for providing a valid email address or other suitable delivery method when required.
8. After delivery, the Customer is responsible for properly storing and backing up their files.
9. The Seller is not responsible for lost files caused by the Customer's failure to properly store or back up the delivered artwork.
10. The Seller cannot guarantee that a lost or deleted original file will remain available indefinitely.REVISIONS11. The Customer is entitled to up to 3 major revisions during the sketching phase.
12. The Customer may request reasonable minor edits after completion, such as changing an eye color, fixing a small detail, or making a similar minor adjustment.
13. Major changes requested after the sketch has been approved may require an additional fee.
14. Changes that require substantial redrawing or additional work will be quoted separately before the additional work begins.
15. Once the Customer has approved the sketch, major changes to the composition, pose, character, clothing, or other previously approved elements may be charged as additional work.CURRENCY & FEES16. The total commission price will be agreed upon before work begins.
17. The Customer is responsible for all payment-provider fees, currency conversion costs, and other transaction fees.
18. Payment is considered complete only when the full agreed amount has been received by the Seller.REFUND POLICY19. The Customer may request a refund if there has been no meaningful progress on the commission for 30 consecutive days, provided the delay was not caused by the Customer.
20. The Customer may also request a refund if the commission has not been completed within 4 months, excluding delays caused by the Customer or unforeseen circumstances.
21. If work has already started, any refund may be reduced according to the amount of work already completed.
22. Refunds are not guaranteed for completed work or work that has already been delivered.
23. Unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accidents, technical problems, emergencies, or other circumstances outside the Seller's reasonable control may extend the expected completion time.CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES24. The Customer is responsible for providing clear references, character information, poses, colors, and other necessary details before or during the commission.
25. The Customer is expected to remain reasonably responsive throughout the commission process.
26. If the Customer fails to respond for an extended period, the commission may be paused until communication resumes.
27. Delays caused by the Customer's lack of communication do not count toward the Seller's estimated completion time.PERSONAL & COMMERCIAL USE28. Unless otherwise agreed, commissioned artwork is sold for personal use only.
29. Personal use includes using the artwork as a profile picture, wallpaper, personal social media post, or similar non-commercial purposes.
30. Commercial use, advertising, merchandise, monetization, resale, redistribution, or other commercial applications require a separate commercial-use agreement and additional fee.
31. Purchasing a commission does not transfer copyright ownership to the Customer. Copyright remains with the Seller unless otherwise agreed in writing.
32. The Customer may not claim the artwork as their own or remove the Seller's signature/watermark where applicable.AI & BLOCKCHAIN33. The Customer may not use the artwork for AI training, AI datasets, machine learning, generative AI, image-generation models, or similar technologies, including future applications of such technologies.
34. The Customer may not submit, upload, or provide the artwork to AI services for the purpose of training, improving, or generating content through AI systems.
35. The Customer may not use the artwork in NFTs, cryptocurrency, blockchain-related projects, or similar technologies, including future applications of such technologies.ARTIST RIGHTS36. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any commission at any time.
37. If the Seller cancels a commission, the Customer will receive a full or partial refund depending on how much work has already been completed.
38. The Seller reserves the right to display completed artwork in their portfolio, social media, website, commission pages, or other promotional material, unless a private commission has been agreed upon beforehand.
39. The Seller may use work-in-progress images for portfolio or promotional purposes unless the Customer has requested privacy before the commission begins.CANCELLATIONS & CONDUCT40. The Customer may cancel an order before work begins for a full refund.
41. Once work has started, refunds will be handled according to the amount of work already completed.
42. Disrespectful, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behavior may result in the cancellation of the commission.
43. In such cases, the Customer may receive a full or partial refund depending on the amount of work completed.
44. The Seller reserves the right to refuse future commissions from a Customer who has previously behaved inappropriately.AGREEMENT45. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
46. These Terms of Service apply to all commissions unless a different agreement has been made and confirmed by both the Seller and Customer in writing.
